Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Process factory and extended warranty claims in a timely manner
- Verify warranty coverage
- Reconcile all warranty receivables with payables
- Follow up on non-payments and outstanding payments
Requirements/Skills
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Warranty experience required
- CDK knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
