Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

  • Process factory and extended warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Verify warranty coverage
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables with payables
  • Follow up on non-payments and outstanding payments

Requirements/Skills

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive Warranty experience required
  • CDK knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
